LOST PACKAGE DURING TRANSIT  
Jazzy Lipz is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. In the event of a lost package, Jazzy Lipz does not offer refunds or replacements. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Jazzy Lipz responsibility for its delivery concludes. To safeguard against lost packages, it is advisable to consider purchasing shipping insurance when placing an order. Claims for lost packages with added shipping insurance will be managed by the carrier, not Jazzy Lipz.

 

 

INCORRECT ITEM SHIPMENT  
If you discover a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately within 3 days after receiving the package. It's important to note that the production time for any replacement of incorrect product shipments may vary.

Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.
